Dear customers,
Please be advised due to issues encountered during the network maintenance as detailed below, we were unable to complete the upgrades and therefor the contingency date of 21st June 2018 has been invoked.
The contingency network maintenance window will begin 21st June 2018 23:59 and end 22nd June 2018 06:00.
The original network maintenance was 11th June 2018 23:59 to 12th June 2018 06:00.
Description of works:- Essential network maintenance is required within our Ethernet Network Platform including swapping out of End of Life hardware and upgrade of network elements.
Due to the amount of work involved the services we supply to you will be subject to a period of up to 4 hours downtime during the 6 hour maintenance window.
